In 1 week I've had a gas leak .meter changed and no heating at all in the home for 2 days and in this -1 degree weather . The customer service for British gas is the worst customer helpine ive rang during these 3 occassions and been on the phone waiting to be answered for over 2 hours each time and calling 3 x a day .very disappointing service

Brutish Gas is by far the worst hapless organisation to exist.
I had a new boiler installed. I didn't receive any paperwork or account number. Got in touch because Hive wasn't working. I was told there wasn't an account. Got that sorted, I thought. Had a call in reply to my complaint. I haven't been sent an e-mail as promised. I now have two account numbers which are not recognised on the phone. Catch 22 without a recognised account number I can't speak to anyone. Shambolic. 5 year warranty is not being honoured. They are a disgrace. Hive is total rubbish.

Hi My name is Adil Anwer I have checked my credit report and its showing me that I have 131£ to pay to British Gas . Its just showing me last 4digits Of the account(2223). I dont know about that. I didnt open any account with British Gas. Please check it and let me know any information about this matter

Pre pay meter £66 vouchers not received
I am on pre pay meters for gs and electric with British Gas but never received my vouchers through the post for October. I heard on the news that lots of people havent used there vouchers, well if like me they havent had them thats why .
